Orient Partners Resources controls contact, company, technical, delivery and voluntarily supplied attachment data. Data is used to handle enquiries, prepare offers and send PDF summaries to the requester and OPR. Required fields are marked; optional technical details help define a suitable offer.
Access is limited to authorised staff and necessary email and hosting providers. Access to enquiries and submitted documents is restricted. Unsuccessful enquiries are removed 12 months after last contact unless an obligation or dispute justifies longer retention. Contract records follow applicable legal periods.
